EDIT: i should have mentioned this the first time. The people in centered in the image are exchanging information. i'm imagining them as being members of some secretive organization. the guy the in baseball cap is the informant and the guy with the book is the actual agent or whatever(assassin will do). he's putting papers into the other guys bag. all of this is happening the midst of a crowded scene very quickly, so one will know it ever took place. that is...unless they look "WITHIN." cheesy i know, but that was the idea.
