Hey everyone! I've been gone for...like 5-6 months? I've somewhat gone on a media blackout - very small doses of tv, internet, videogames, etc. So, wow, it's been a long time. I really enjoyed looking at other people's work and now I'm pretty inspired to start drawing some more. I don't think I'll have time to do any fully colored pictures like I used to any time soon(a la my job) but I do plan doing a lot of sketch work like the piece I just posted. That said, I WILL be posting a couple few pieces that I did in my absence from deviant(2 photoshops and a painting).

In the meantime, i guess some of the highlights were Batman Dark Knight(My new favorite movie - there's so much that it accomplished! Great job Nolan). Going to Anime Expo and taking lots of pictures of cosplayers(the only thing I really did). Getting a new wacom tablet. Beating MGS4(TERRIBLE STORY, best gameplay yet). And of course, the best part was meeting my girlfriend Lai. She's on deviant too and she's really talented as well(I was totally surprised because neither of us really talked about our artwork at first)! I suppose that's it for now... I don't start school till the end of September so hopefully I'll have plenty more time to post stuff!
