this is for the Hang Ten Contest held at the state fair this year in california. i did it in a hyung-tae-kim style and im quite proud of it, especially considering how quickly i had to come up with it. I hope i win!

This is a really cool character design. Definitely looks like a character from a JRPG of some sorts, perhaps one with water-bending abilities 
Wow looking at that date it's crazy to think how long ago that contest was, welp whether it won or not I still like it. Definitely got that classic surfer dude vibe going for him with modern fantasy inspired edge to it
